Toimprove job motivation in the workplace, nurses need to identify various factors related to it and, if necessary, strengthen and correct it to make them more productive at work. Among these factors can be the existing spirituality in relation to their work and He mentioned job motivation and enthusiasm in them. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between spirituality and job motivation of employed nurses.
Methods: This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose, in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study includes all nurses of Imam Reza (AS) Hospital in Sirjan, 240 people. Census method has been used for sampling. In order to collect data, two questionnaires of Shahidi & Farajnia spirituality and Schaufeli & Bakker job motivation questionnaire were used. To determine validity, content validity was used and for Cronbach's alpha reliability test for all components, validation in all of them was higher than the value. It was 0.8. Structural equation modeling test using 23 Amos software was used to analyze the data .
Results: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual attitude and job motivation with a correlation coefficient of 0.581 and a significance level of 0.000 at a significance level of α = 0.05. There is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual ability and job motivation with a correlation coefficient of 0.646 and a significant level of 0.000. Spiritual attitude and spiritual ability positively predict job   motivation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Conclusion :
The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the components of spirituality and nurses' job motivation. Nurses who are more enthusiastic about their work are more satisfied with their work than nurses who are not eager to work, feel more committed to the organization, are less inclined to leave work and the organization and look for work elsewhere. Increased job enthusiasm increases the level of energy and strong identity in the individual, so they show a lot of effort to achieve organizational goals and leave their jobs less.
