نقش خود دلسوزی و شایستگی بالینی در کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای پرستاران

مقدمه: کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای رابطه پیچیده‌ای با ویژگی‌های محیط کاری، محیط زندگی شخصی و مواجهه با تروماهای اولیه و ثانویه در محیط‌های کاری دارد. این پژوهش به منظور تعیین نقش خوددلسوزی و شایستگی بالینی در کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای پرستاران انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه پرستاران شاغل (114 نفر؛ 96 پرستار و 18 بهیار) در بیمارستان دولتی شهر قاین در سال 1395 تشکیل داد. با توجه به کوچک بودن جامعه پژوهشی کلیه اعضا به عنوان نمونه مد نظر قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها مقیاس دلسوزی به خود نف، مقیاس شایستگی بالینی مرتوجا و همکاران و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای استام مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش تحلیل رگرسیون چند گانه بکار رفت.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که شایستگی بالینی و خوددلسوزی سازگارانه پیش بین مثبت مؤلفه رضایت از دلسوزی هستند و روی هم 24 درصد از واریانس رضایت از دلسوزی را تبیین می‌کنند (24/0 = R Square). به علاوه خوددلسوزی ناسازگارانه پیش بینی کننده مثبت استرس تروماتیک ثانوی بود و 12 درصد از واریانس مشاهده شده در این مؤلفه را تبیین کرد (12/0 = R Square). همچنین شایستگی بالینی و خوددلسوزی ناسازگارانه به ترتیب پیش بینی کننده مثبت و منفی مؤلفه فرسودگی کیفیت زندگی بودند و در مجموع 22 درصد از واریانس فرسودگی را تبیین می‌کنند (22/0 = R Square).
نتیجه گیری: جمع بندی یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از نقش شایستگی بالینی و خوددلسوزی در کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای پرستاران و لزوم توجه به شایستگی و خوددلسوزی و مؤلفه‌های آن به هنگام آموزش پرسنل پرستاری در کلاس‌های درس در دانشگاه، دوره‌های کارورزی، بازآموزی و دوره‌های ضمن خدمت است.
