Introduction: Spiritual intelligence is the ability to behave with compassion and wisdom while remaining calm both internally and externally, regardless of events and circumstances. Pre-hospital emergency workers are placed in challenging situations that require providing care based on knowledge and compassion in a limited time. The present study was conducted to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and time management in pre-hospital emergency workers. Method: In this cross-sectional study in 2024, 200 emergency medical technicians were selected by convenience sampling. Three questionnaires were used to collect information, including demographic information, spiritual intelligence questionnaire, and time management questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 16 software and statistical tests and frequency tables. Results: The mean age of the researched workers was 33.64 ± 7.39 years, the majority (95%) were male. Spiritual intelligence was at a high level in 53.2% of the researched workers, and none had a low level of spiritual intelligence. Time management was at a strong level in most of the researched employees (89.6%). Data analysis showed that with the increase in spiritual intelligence and its subscales, time management also increases (p<0.001). Conclusion: The results show that spiritual intelligence can increase time management skills in prehospital emergency staff. Therefore, prehospital managers should take steps to strengthen spiritual capabilities among their employees. Strategies such as training programs, coaching, and workshops can effectively increase spiritual intelligence and improve the quality of services.
