fa اولین تجربه‌های بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری پرستاری nursing آموزش پرستاری Nursing Education مقدمه: شناسایی اولین تجربه‌های بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری به مربیان و برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی امکان می‌دهد بینش صحیح‌تری نسبت به تجربه‌های منحصر به فرد دانشجویان کسب کنند و آن‌ها را به طور مؤثرتری در این مسیر یاری کنند. هدف این پژوهش تبیین اولین تجربه‌های بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری است. روش: در این پژوهش کیفی، تحلیل محتوایی کیفی بر 340 خاطره روزانه بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انجام شد. خاطرات مربوط به 46 دانشجوی سال اول پرستاری (32 زن و 14 مرد) در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی حضرت فاطمه (س) شیراز بود که در فاصله زمانی مهرماه 86 تا بهمن ماه 87 ثبت شده‌اند. یافته‌ها: اولین تجربه‌های بالینی دانشجویان در قالب 3 درون‌مایه و 7 طبقه تبیین شدند. درون‌مایه‌ها شامل اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای (با سه طبقه هویت حرفه‌ای، تعلق حرفه‌ای و یادگیری مفاهیم و مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای)، رشد فردی (با دو طبقه درس زندگی و رشد معنوی) و بازتاب درونی (با دو طبقه چالش‌های درونی و رضایت درونی). نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش لزوم توجه به تجربه‌های منحصر به فرد دانشجویان پرستاری، حمایت از آن‌ها در فرآیند اجتماعی شدن حرفه‌ای، تقویت رشد فردی، تعلق حرفه‌ای و رضایت درونی آن‌ها و پیشگیری از بروز چالش‌های درونی از طریق آماده‌سازی آن‌ها برای ورود به محیط‌های بالینی را نشان می‌دهد. ثبت خاطرات بالینی و تعمق بر آن‌ها و انجام پژوهش‌های کیفی با دید آینده‌نگر توصیه می‌شود. Introduction: Identification of nursing students’ initial clinical experiences helps instructors and educational planners to acquire a more accurate insight about students’ unique experiences and to assist them during this journey more effectively. This study aimed to investigate the nursing students’ initial clinical experiences. Methods: In this qualitative research, qualitative content analysis performed on 340 narratives and journals of junior nursing students on their daily clinical experience selected using goal oriented sampling method. Narratives and journals were written by 46 (32 female and 14 male) junior students of Fatemeh (PBUH) Nursing and Midwifery School in Shiraz, during October 2008 to February 2009. Results: The initial clinical experiences were emerged in 3 themes and 7 categories. The main themes were: Professional socialization (with 3 categories as: professional identity, professional belonging, and learning professional concepts and skills), personal growth (with two categories as: the lesson of life and spiritual growth), and internal reflection (with 2 categories as: satisfaction and intrinsic challenges). Conclusion: The findings reflect the importance of considering students’ unique experiences supporting them during professional socialization, empowering their personal growth, enhancing their professional belonging and satisfaction, and preventing the occurrence of intrinsic challenges by preparing them to encounter clinical settings.
