fa سنجش میزان هوش هیجانی دانشجویان پرستاری پرستاری nursing روانپرستاری و پرستاری بهداشت روانی Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing مقدمه: هوش هیجانی، یک شکل ضروری از هوش بشر و یکی از مهمترین عوامل برای موفقیت شغلی و اجتماعی است و برای عملکرد مؤثر پرستاری لازم و ضروی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی هوش هیجانی دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شده است. روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد یزد، شاغل به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 89-1388 بودند که از بین آنان 116 نفر به شیوه تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر دو بخش، که بخش اول شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک، بخش دوم پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار-ان بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، از آزمون t-test برای مقایسه میانگین در گروهها و از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای بررسی ارتباط بین هوش هیجانی با برخی از مشخصات فردی (معدل و سن) در نرم افزار spss-16 استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین نمره کل هوش هیجانی در دانشجویان 35.05±331.28 بود و بین هوش هیجانی و معدل ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت (p=0.05). ارتباط آماری معنی داری بین هوش هیجانی با جنس و سن وجود نداشت. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که هوش هیجانی دانشجویان پرستاری در سطح مطلوب می باشد ولی با توجه به ماهیت حرفه پرستاری و این که هوش هیجانی بالا بیانگر مدیریت بهتر هیجانات خود و دیگران و برقراری رابطه مناسب با آنها می باشد لذا برای رسیدن به سطح عالی، باید تدابیری را اتخاذ نمود و محیط یادگیری را برای بهبود هوش هیجانی دانشجویان به وجود آورد. Introduction: Emotional Intelligence (EI) is an essential form of human intelligence and one of the most important factors for career success and social and it is deemed essential for effective nursing practice. The aim of this research was to assess emotional intelligence nursing students of Islamic Azad University of Yazd. Method: This research study was a descriptive cross sectional. The statistical populations consisted of all nursing students of Islamic Azad University of Yazd were studying in the academic year 1388-89, in which number of 116 selected by Stratified randomly. Data was collected with questionnaire، the questionnaire consisted of two parts: demographic characteristics and the Bar On emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i). Data was analyzed by SPSS16 software using the t-test to compare the means between groups and Pearson's correlation coefficient to assess the relationship between emotional intelligence and some personal traits (average grade point and age). Results: The mean and standard deviation of emotional intelligence total score the mean and standard deviation was 331.28±35.05. There was significant correlation between the emotional intelligence and average (p=0.05). No significant relationship was found between emotional intelligence and age and gender.
