fa ارگونومی، راهکاری جهت پیشگیری از اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در پرستاران بخش مراقبت ویژه پرستاری nursing پرستاری داخلی جراحی Medical Surgical Nursing مقدمه: امروزه اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی ناشی از کار یکی از بزرگترین مشکلات بهداشت حرفه&shy;ای در دنیا می باشد. پیشگیری از بروز عوارض اسکلتی عضلانی در پرستاران بدلیل وضعیت نامناسب بدنی حین کار حائز اهمیت است. مطالعه&shy;ی حاضر با هدف آموزش اصول ارگونومی به منظور پیشگیری از اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی مرتبط با کار انجام شده است.<br> روش کار: مطالعه&shy;ی مداخله&shy;ا&shy;ی حاضر بر روی 90 نفر از پرستاران بخش&shy;هایICU &nbsp;مجتمع بیمارستانی امام خمینی تهران انجام شده است. پرستاران با روش نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی ساده در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل پس از کسب رضایت آگاهانه وارد مطالعه شدند. از دو ابزار روا و پایای چک لیست استاندارد &rdquo;ارزیابی سریع تمام بدن (REBA )&ldquo; و پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخت جهت گردآوری داده&shy;ها در این مطالعه استفاده گردید.&nbsp; ابزارها توسط هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله (شش هفته پس از اتمام مداخله) تکمیل گردید. داده&shy;های گردآوری&shy;شده با استفاده نرم&shy;افزار SPSS نسخه&shy; 16 تحلیل شدند.<br> یافته ها: گروه&shy;های تحت مطالعه با یکدیگر براساس ویژگی&shy;های جمعیت شناختی همسان&shy;سازی شده بودند. میزان آگاهی (p&ge;0/9) و سطح خطر (P&ge;0/9) در گروه آزمون قبل از مداخله در هر دو گروه، اختلاف معناداری نداشتند. پس از مداخله یافته&shy;ها اختلاف آماری معناداری را در میزان آگاهی (p&le;0/002)&nbsp; و میزان سطح خطر (P&le;0/0001) در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد.<br> نتیجه گیری: &nbsp;با توجه به اینکه اغلب پرستاران با اصول ارگونومی آشنایی کمی دارند و یا به اصول آن عمل نمی کنند، ضرورت آموزش مداوم اصول ارگونومی به پرستاران در بخش های مراقبت ویژه وجود دارد. آموزش در افزایش میزان آگاهی به اصول ارگونومی و کاهش سطح خطر نقش موثر دارد. پیشنهاد می شود آموزش مداوم و مدون اصول ارگونومی به پرستاران بخش های مراقبت ویژه مورد توجه بیشتر مدیران پرستاری قرارگیرد. <strong font-size:="" sans="" source="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, ">Introduction</strong><span background-color:="" font-size:="" sans="" source="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, ">:</span><strong font-size:="" sans="" source="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, ">:</strong><span background-color:="" font-size:="" sans="" source="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, ">&nbsp;</span><u font-size:="" sans="" source="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, ">Today, musculoskeletal disorders are one of the biggest health problems in the world.&nbsp;</u><span background-color:="" font-size:="" sans="" source="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, ">Prevention of musculoskeletal complications in ICU staff due to inappropriate physical posture at work, is important. Nurses were assess in two education intervention and control groups after selected with simple random sampling they were matched together. Data collection was done with REBA standard checklist and a demographic questionnaire. The questionnaire was completed by samples in before and six weeks after intervention. Occupational musculoskeletal disorders are one of the serious problems of professional nursing that results to increase in their burnout. As most of nurses are unaware about ergonomics and do not follow its principles, there is a need for continuous education planning of the principles of ergonomics to nurses in ICU wards.
