fa بررسی ارتباط بین فشار بار مراقبتی ، اضطراب و افسردگی در مراقبان سالمندان آلزایمری پرستاری nursing پرستاری سالمندی Geriatric Nursing &nbsp;مقدمه<strong>:&nbsp;</strong>ارایه مراقبت طولانی مدّت به بیماران مبتلا به آلزایمر، با افزایش خطرات ابتلا به بیماری جسمی و روانی برای مراقبین همراه است<span dir="LTR">. </span>مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین فشار بار مراقبتی و بررسی &nbsp;ارتباط اضطراب و افسردگی وفشار بار مراقبتی در مراقبان &nbsp;سالمندان &nbsp;مبتلا به آلزایمر انجام شد<strong><span dir="LTR">.</span></strong><br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> در این پژوهش مقطعی از نوع همبستگی، 315 مراقب &nbsp;20 تا 85 ساله که مراقبت مستقیم از سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر را به مدّت حدّاقل 6 ماه به عهده داشتند، باروش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه &nbsp;انتخاب شدند<span dir="LTR">. </span>جمع آوری داده ها در سال 1398 انجام گرفت<span dir="LTR">. </span>محیط پژوهش انجمن آلزایمر ایران بود<span dir="LTR">. </span>داده ها به وسیله پرسشنامه اضطراب بک<span dir="LTR">(BAI)</span> و افسردگی بک<span dir="LTR">(BDI)</span> و فشار بار مراقبتی <span dir="LTR">(CBI)</span> جمع آوری و با استفاده از&nbsp; نسخه 22 <span dir="LTR">spss&nbsp; </span>تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. به منظور دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از درصد فراوانی ،آزمونهای آماری تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس استفاده گردید<span dir="LTR">. </span><br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong>اکثرمراقبان سالمندان آلزایمری در این تحقیق فشاربار مراقبتی متوسط تا شدیدی را تحمل می نمودند، (9/65 درصد). همبستگی بین فشار بار مراقبتی و اضطراب (65/ 0) و افسردگی (52/0 ) معنادار بود( 005/<span dir="LTR">P<</span>) .سطح اضطراب و افسردگی در بین اکثر مراقبان نرمال تا خفیف به ترتیب (9/71 درصد )و( 5/83 درصد) &nbsp;برآورد شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه</strong> <strong>گیری</strong><strong>:</strong>با توجّه به وجود ارتباط معنادار بین اضطراب و افسردگی و فشار بار مراقبتی در این مطالعه ، سلامت مراقبان &nbsp;سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر یک مسأله بهداشتی مهم است که نیازمند توجّه جدی &nbsp;از سوی ارایه کنندگان خدمات بهداشتی دارد.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction<em>:</em></strong> Providing long-term care to Alzheimer&#39;s patients is associated with increased risk of physical and mental illness for caregivers. The purpose of this study was to determine the burden of caregiving burden and to investigate the relationship between anxiety, depression and burden burden in caregivers of elderly patients with Alzheimer&#39;s disease<strong>.</strong><br> <strong>Methods<em>:</em> </strong>In this cross-sectional study, 315 caregivers aged 20 to 85 years who had direct care of the elderly with Alzheimer&#39;s disease for at least 6 months were selected by voluntary sampling. Data collection was done in 1398. The research environment was the Alzheimer&#39;s Society of Iran. Data were collected by Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and Caregiver Stress Inventory (CBI) and analyzed by SPSS version 22. Frequency percentages, independent T-test, ANOVA were used to achieve the research objectives.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The majority of Alzheimer&#39;s caregivers endured moderate to severe care burden in this study, 209 (65.9%). The correlation between caregiver burden and anxiety (0.65) and depression (0.52) was significant (P <0.005). The level of anxiety and depression among most normal to mild caregivers were (71.9%) and (51.7%) respectively. (83%) estimated.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Given the significant relationship between anxiety and depression and burden of caregiving in this study, the health of caregivers of Alzheimer&#39;s elderly is an important health issue that needs serious consideration by health professionals and health care providers.<br> &nbsp; آلزایمر, فشار بار مراقبتی , مراقب ,سالمند, اضطراب ,افسردگی .
