fa رابطه علی بین حافظه فعال، اضطراب و افسردگی با میانجی گری سرسختی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در زلزله شهرستان سرپل ذهاب علوم رفتاری و روانی(روانشناسی، مددکاری و...) behavioral sciences روانپرستاری و پرستاری بهداشت روانی Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing <strong>&nbsp;</strong><br> <strong>مقدمه:</strong> اختلال استرس پس از سانحه یک مشکل روانپزشکی رایج بعد از رویداد حوادث بسیار دردناک و استرس زا هستند و تهدیدی برای زندگی شخص و جامعه است.&nbsp; پژوهش حاضر با هدف رابطه علی بین حافظه فعال، اضطراب و افسردگی با میانجی&shy;گری سرسختی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف از نوع کاربردی و شیوه‌ی اجرای آن توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زلزله زدگان دارای اختلال استرس پس از سانحه&nbsp; شهرستان سرپل ذهاب بودند. که از میان آنها به روش تصادفی چند مرحله&shy;ای و با استفاده از نمونه های در دسترس 191 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. سپس داده&shy;های موردنظر با استفاده از پرسشنامه&shy;های حافظه&shy; فعال دانیمن وکارپنتر ، مقیاس اضطراب بک(<span dir="LTR">BAI</span>)، افسردگی بک و مقیاس سخت رویی جمع آوری <a>شد</a><span dir="LTR"><a href="#_msocom_1" id="_anchor_1" name="_msoanchor_1" uage="JavaScript"><span dir="RTL">[H1]</span></a>&nbsp;</span>. &nbsp;برای تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌‌های ‌آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین، درصد و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری) با نرم افزار<span dir="LTR">SPSS 21</span> و لیزرل استفاده <a>شد</a><a href="#_msocom_2" id="_anchor_2" name="_msoanchor_2" uage="JavaScript"><span dir="RTL">[H2]</span></a>&nbsp;. <span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری نشان دادند بین حافظه فعال، اضطراب و افسردگی با میانجی گری سرسختی روانشناختی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه رابطه معنی داری بودند.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> یافته ها نشان داد سرسختی روانشناختی رابطه بین حافظه فعال، اضطراب و افسردگی را میانجی گری می کند. اختلال استرس پس از سانحه زلزله به عنوان عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار بر سطح ارتقا سلامت روانی مطرح است و با شناسایی عوامل به همراه برنامه‌ریزی مناسب می&shy;تواند منجر به کاهش افسردگی و اضطراب شود.<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <div> <div> <div id="_com_1" uage="JavaScript"><br> <span dir="LTR"></span></div> </div> </div> <br> <strong>Background:</strong> Post-traumatic stress disorder is a common post-event psychiatric problem that is very painful and stressful and threatens the life of the individual and society. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between active memory, anxiety and depression with mediating psychological hardiness in people with post-traumatic stress disorder<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The research method according to the purpose of the applied type and the method of its implementation is descriptive-correlational. Statistical population included all earthquake victims with post traumatic stress disorder in Sar-e-Pol city. Among them, <span dir="RTL">191 </span>individuals were selected as the sample by multistage random sampling. Data were collected using Dunman and Carpenter Active Memory Questionnaires, Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Beck Depression Inventory and Hardiness Scale. In this case, we have the following<span dir="RTL">:</span><a>Descriptive</a><a href="#_msocom_1" id="_anchor_1" name="_msoanchor_1" uage="JavaScript">[m1]</a>&nbsp; statistics (frequency, mean, percentage and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equations) were used for data analysis by SPSS 21 and LISREL.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of data analysis using Pearson correlation and structural equation tests showed that there was a significant relationship between active memory, anxiety and depression with mediation of psychological hardiness in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Findings showed that psychological hardiness mediates the relationship between working memory, anxiety and depression.
