fa نظرات دانشجویان کارورز عرصه پرستاری از وضعیت مهارت‌های بالینی آن‌ها پرستاری nursing آموزش پرستاری Nursing Education مقدمه: کسب مهارت در انجام تکنیک‌های بالینی به عنوان بازده نهایی در سیستم آموزش پرستاری قابل توجه است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نظر کارورزان دوره عرصه پرستاری از وضعیت مهارت‌های بالینی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ساوه است. روش کار: این مطالعه یک تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی است. از70 نفر کارورز مشغول به انجام کار در بخش‌های مختلف بالینی خواسته شد که پرسشنامه را تکمیل و میزان مهارت خود را در انجام هر یک از تکنیک‌های مورد مطالعه از ضعیف تا عالی مشخص نمایند. این پرسشنامه توسط محقق با استناد به برنامه آموزش پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ساوه و برنامه پرستاری مصوبه وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشگی وزارت بهداشت ساخته شد. پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از آمار توصیفی (جداول توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که از نظر مهارت‌های بالینی، 5% دانشجویان پرستاری توانایی انجام مهارت خود را ضعیف، 26%متوسط، 37%خوب، 17/19% عالی و 62/12% عدم انجام اعلام نمودند. در ارتباط با مهارت‌های آموزشی بیشترین درصد (98/39%) متوسط، 38/7% ضعیف،33/38% خوب، 05/9% عالی و کمترین درصد (41/5%) عدم انجام اعلام نمودند. همچنین بررسی آماری نشان داد بین سن و مهارت آموزش به خانواده بیماران و افراد اجتماع جهت پی‌گیری درمان و کنار آمدن مؤثر با آن با 045/0=p ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد. ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن=241/0 نشان داد که هر چه سن دانشجویان بیشتر باشد، میزان این مهارت در آن‌ها بیشتر است. در سایر موارد ارتباط معناداری نشان نداد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد دانشجویان توانایی بالینی خود را در اغلب تکنیک‌ها کافی دانسته و اغلب آنان میزان مهارت خود را تا سطح خوب اعلام نمودند ولی با توجه به این که تعدادی از دانشجویان کسب مهارت بالینی خود را ضعیف اعلام نمودند و نیز در بعضی از پروسیجرها اعلام نمودندکه با چنین موردی مواجهه نشده‌ایم، لذا بهره‌گیری از مربیان بالینی با تجربه به همراه دانشجو در عرصه و در حین انجام پروسیجرهای بالینی، برای توانمندسازی بهتر دانشجویان و نیز انتخاب بیمارستان‌های آموزشی درمانی جهت رفع آن توصیه می‌شود. Introduction: Being skillful in practical techniques is considered as the outcome of nursing system. This study aimed to investigate internship nursing students’ viewpoints on their clinical skills in Islamic Azad University, Saveh branch. Methods: This was a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. Of 70 internship nursing students were asked to fill in a questionnaire in order to ascertain their level of skill in doing some predetermined nursing techniques from weak to strong. Data were gathered using a researcher made tool based on nursing education curriculums of the Islamic Azad University and Iranian Ministry of Health. The tool was undergone validity and reliability procedures before utilization. The data were analysed using descriptive (frequency table, mean and standard deviation), as well as inferential statistics. Results: Among the participants, 5% showed a poor level of clinical skill capability. In continue, 26%, 37%, 19.17%, 12.62% were found as weak, intermediate, suitable, strong, and not having practical experience respectively. Regarding educational skills, the majority of them (39.98%) was in intermediate level. In addition, 7.38%, 38.33%, 9.05% were weak, suitable, and strong respectively. There were significant correlations (r=0.241, P=0.045) between age and educational ability No.6 (skill in teaching to patients families and people to follow treatment and effectively come to term with it). It was reported that the students older, the skill higher. No other significant relationship was found. Conclusion: The result suggested that the students recognized their practical skills in most of procedures as sufficient also they determined their skill in a suitable level.
