fa بررسی ارتباط هوش معنوی با عزت نفس و امید به زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه کننده به بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان پرستاری nursing روانپرستاری و پرستاری بهداشت روانی Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing <strong>مقدمه</strong> : علی&shy;رغم وجود همه پیشرفت&shy;ها در زمینه&shy;&shy;<em>ی </em>تشخیص و درمان، هم&shy;چنان یادآور درد، محدودیت و مرگ &nbsp;است. هوش معنوی، عزت نفس و امید به زندگی در سازگاری بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دارای اهمیت زیادی بوده و لازم است پرستاران با این متغیرها و ارتباط بین آ نها آشنا شوند.<br> <strong>روش </strong>&nbsp;: مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی بود و اطلاعات به وسیله پرسشنامه&shy;ها ی هوش معنوی ، امید به زندگی اشنایدر و عزت نفس روزنبرگ جمع<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>آوری گردید. حجم نمونه &nbsp;235 بیمار به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس بود. تحلیل داده ها با نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS 21</span> و آمار توصیفی (شاخص های مرکزی و پراکندگی و جداول توصیف درصد و فراوانی) و تحلیلی (<span dir="LTR">T test</span>، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، <span dir="LTR">ANOVA</span>) انجام شد. (<span dir="LTR">Felder, 2004 #18</span>)<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: میانگین و انحراف معیار هوش معنوی بیماران مورد مطالعه (5/13&plusmn; )88/122، عزت نفس (69/4&plusmn;) 82/3، و امید به زندگی (41/6&plusmn;) 3/39 بود، نتایج نشان داد بیماران از هوش معنوی، عزت نفس و امید به زندگی&nbsp; نسبتا&quot;بالایی برخوردار بودند. بین هوش معنوی با عزت نفس (0001/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>، 26/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>)، بین هوش معنوی با امید به زندگی ( 0001/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>، 37/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) و بین عزت نفس با امید به زندگی (0001/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>، 42/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span> ) ارتباط آماری مستقیم و معناداری وجود داشت<span dir="LTR">)</span> 05/0><span dir="LTR">P</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: نتایج این مطالعه اهمیت هوش معنوی و عزت نفس را به عنوان متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر امیدبه زندگی بیماران سرطانی مورد تأیید قرار می&shy;دهد. بنابراین می توان گفت با تقویت هوش معنوی عزت نفس و خودکنترلی آنها افزایش یافته و منجر به بهبود سلامت جسمی و روانی آنها نیز می&shy;گردد.<span dir="LTR"></span> <strong>Background :</strong> Cancer is a chronic disease, which, despite all the advances in diagnosis and treatment, is also a reminder of pain, limitation, deformity and death<span dir="RTL">.</span> The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and life expectancy in cancer patients in Kerman University of Medical Sciences hospitals in 2017.<br> <strong>&nbsp;methods:</strong> This was a descriptive-correlational study. Data were collected by &nbsp;questionnaires includeSpiritual Intelligence, Snyder&#39;s Life Expectancy, Rosenberg&#39;s Self-Esteem . The sample was 235 patients were selected by available sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 software, descriptive statistics (central indexes and dispersion and tables describing percentage and frequency) and analytical statistics (T test,ANOVA,Pearson correlation coefficient) . <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results: </strong>The mean and standard deviation of spiritual intelligence (122.88 &plusmn;13.5) and life expectancy (39.3 &plusmn; 6.41) and Self-esteem (82.4 &plusmn; 4.69) were respectively, which indicates that the patients under study enjoyed high spiritual intelligence ,life expectancy and Self-esteem. According to Pearson correlation coefficient between spiritual intelligence and self-esteem (r = 0.26, p = 0.0001), between spiritual intelligence with life expectancy (r = 0.37, p = 0.0001) and between dignity Self-esteem with life expectancy (r = 0.42, p = 0.0001) was a direct and significant relationship.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this study confirm the importance of spiritual intelligence and self-esteem as influential variables on the life expectancy in cancer patients.
