fa بررسی تاثیر اجرای برنامه ترخیص از بیمارستان روی اضطراب مددجویان مبتلا به دیابت ملیتوس پرستاری nursing پرستاری داخلی جراحی Medical Surgical Nursing <strong><em>مقدمه :</em></strong><em> دیابت یکی از شایع ترین بیماری های مزمن است که سبب عوارض جسمی و روانی متعددی می شود. شایع ترین عوارض روانی در مددجویان مبتلا به دیابت افسردگی و اضطراب هستند. ترخیص از بیمارستان از مهمترین علل اضطراب در بیماران محسوب می شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تاثیر اجرای برنامه آموزشی حین ترخیص &nbsp;بر اضطراب مددجویان مبتلا به دیابت ملیتوس در زمان ترخیص است.</em><br> <strong><em>روش کار:</em></strong><em> این پژوهش یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده است که روی هشتاد مددجو مبتلا به دیابت در زمان ترخیص از بیمارستان، در بیمارستان آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی شهرستان شیروان در سال 1398 انجام شده است. مددجویان به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند وارد مطالعه شده و با استفاده از بلوک های چهارتایی بصورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند.</em>&nbsp;<em>به بیماران گروه مداخله، برنامه ترخیص طراحی شده بصورت کتابچه داده شده و توضیحات شفاهی بصورت چهره به چهره و پاسخ به پرسش های مددجویان نیز توسط پژوهشگر به مدت نیم ساعت انجام شد. گروه کنترل فقط آموزش روتین بخش را دریافت کردند. از پرسشنامه اضطراب بک جهت سنجش اضطراب بیماران نیم ساعت پس از آگاه شدن از دستور ترخیص و نیم ساعت پس از اجرای مداخله استفاده شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار </em><em><span dir="LTR">SPSS v.25</span></em><em> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</em><br> <strong><em>یافته ها:</em></strong><em> بین دو گروه از نظر اطلاعات دموگرافیک تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت. قبل از مداخله میانگین نمره اضطراب افراد در گروه مداخله 75/30 و در گروه کنترل 3/33 محاسبه شد(230/0</em><em><span dir="LTR">P=</span></em><em>). پس از مداخله میانگین نمره اضطراب افراد در گروه مداخله 82/8 و در گروه کنترل 4/32 بدست آمد که از نظر آماری اختلاف معنی داری بین دو گروه وجود دارد</em><em>(001/0</em><em><span dir="LTR">P<</span></em><em>).</em><br> <strong><em>نتیجه گیری:</em></strong><em> اجرای برنامه آموزشی حین ترخیص می تواند سبب کاهش اضطراب زمان ترخیص در مددجویان مبتلا به دیابت ملیتوس شود.</em> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases that causes many physical and psychological complications. The most common psychological side effects in patients with diabetes are depression and anxiety. Hospital discharge is one of the most important causes of anxiety in clients. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of implementing a training program during discharge on the anxiety of clients with diabetes mellitus at the time of discharge.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The clinical trial was conducted on eighty diabetic clients who were to be discharged from the hospital in Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani Hospital in Shirvan in 1398.&nbsp;Clients entered the study using purposeful sampling method and were randomly assigned to the intervention and control using the blocks of four method.&nbsp;To the patients of the intervention group, the designed discharge program was given in the form of a booklet and oral explanations were done face to face and the clientschr(&#39;39&#39;) questions were answered by the researcher for half an hour. The control group received only routine ward training. Beck anxiety questionnaire was used to assess clients&rsquo; anxiety half an hour after being informed of the discharge order and half an hour after the intervention. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS v.25 software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>There was no significant difference between two groups before the intervention regarding demographic factors. Before the intervention, the mean anxiety score of individuals in the intervention group was 30.75 and in the control group was calculated 33.3 (P = 0.023).
