fa بررسی تاثیر ابعاد سرمایه های فرهنگی بر خطای شغلی و اخلاق حرفه ای پرستاران با تاکید بر تجربه زیستی آن ها پرستاری nursing آموزش پرستاری Nursing Education <strong>مقدمه :</strong> این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تاثیر ابعاد سرمایه&shy;های فرهنگی بر خطای شغلی و اخلاق حرفه&shy;ای پرستاران با تاکید بر تجربه زیستی آن&shy;ها انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع همبستگی و از نوع کاربردی بوده و جامعه آماری تحقیق، پرستاران شاغل در دو بیمارستان (قائم و رضوی) شهر مشهد می‌باشند که تعداد آن‌ها 580 نفرمی باشد که تعداد 230 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تصادفی تعیین شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 860/0 در حد مطلوب ارزیابی گردیدو تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز به کمک نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و <span dir="LTR">smartpls2</span> انجام گرفت. رویکرد نظری تحقیق نیز به‌صورت ترکیبی از نظریه‌ها بود.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> طبق نتایج، سرمایه فرهنگی رابطه معناداری بااخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاران نشان نداد. ضریب تعیین <span dir="LTR">R²</span> برای متغیر وابسته نشان می‌دهد، همچنین مقدار 617/0 حاصل از برازش کلی معیار <span dir="LTR">GOF</span> نشان می‌دهد که مدل مطلوبیت در حد بالایی برخوردار می‌باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> بنابراین و بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده می&shy;توان گفت که برای ارتقای سطح اخلاق حرفه&shy;ای در پرستاران باید به مولفه سرمایه فرهنگی توجه ویژه&shy;ای صورت بگیرد. <div><div></div></div> <br> <strong>Introduction </strong>: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of cultural capital dimensions on occupational error and professional ethics of nurses with emphasis on their biological experience.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The present research method is correlational and applied and the statistical population of the research is nurses working in two hospitals (Ghaem and Razavi) in Mashhad, the number of which is 580 people, of which 230 people were selected as a random sample. Two standard questionnaires (professional ethics and cultural capital) were used to collect data. the reliability of the questionnaires with Cronbach&#39;s alpha higher than 0.860 was evaluated as optimal and the data were analyzed using SPSS and smartpls2 statistical software. The theoretical approach of the research was also a combination of theories.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the results, cultural capital did not show a significant relationship with the professional ethics of nurses.
