fa مضامین اجتماعی مرتبط با کیفیّت زناشویی زوج های نابارور در شهر یزد: یک مطالعه کیفی علوم رفتاری و روانی(روانشناسی، مددکاری و...) behavioral sciences تحقیقات کیفی qualitative research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> ناباروری موضوعی است که می تواند علاوه بر جنبه های فردی، زوجی و خانوادگی، ملاحظات اجتماعی نیز داشته باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تبیین مضامین اجتماعی مرتبط با کیفیت زندگی زن و شوهری زوج های نابارور است.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده و داده ها از طریق روش مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه ساختاریافته با 15 زوج نابارور که به صورت هدفمند از بین مراجعه کنندگان به مرکز درمان ناباروری یزد انتخاب شده بودند انجام شده است. داده های به دست آمده از هر مصاحبه در مرتبه دوم چک کردن مصاحبه با کنشگران تحقیق به اشباع رسید. برای کدگذاری و تحلیل داده ها از شیوه تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> باتوجه به تحلیل پاسخ های ارائه شده، مضامین اجتماعی مرتبط با کیفیت زندگی زن و شوهری را ‌می توان در 192 مفهوم اولیه(خام)، 17 مقوله، 6 مضمون فرعی و سه مضمون اصلی که شامل &laquo;آگاهی عمومی از ناباروری و ارتباطات اجتماعی&raquo;، &laquo;دسترسی به خدمات درمانی ـ مشاوره ای و برخورد مسئولانه کادر درمان&raquo; و &laquo;امکانات اقتصادی جامعه&raquo;، طبقه‌بندی کرد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مضامین اجتماعی مختلفی در کیفیت زناشویی ـ که یکی از متغیرهای مهم در روابط زوجی است ـ تأثیر می‌گذارد، توجه به نقش این مضامین و برنامه ریزی برای آنها نقش به سزایی در بالابردن کیفیت زناشویی زوج ها دارد. نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند به زوج درمانگران و مشاوران حوزه خانواده، کادر درمان و متخصصان بهداشت و تمامی مسئولانی که به نوعی با موضوع ناباروری مرتبط هستند در رابطه با تأثیراتی که بر کیفیت زندگی زوج های نابارور دارند و مداخلات مربوطه در&nbsp; جهت افزایش سطح کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوج های نابارور مؤثر واقع شوند. <b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Introduction</span></span></span></b><strong>&nbsp;:</strong> Infertility is an issue that can have social considerations in addition to individual, marital and family aspects. The aim of this study was to investigate and explain the social issues related to the quality of married life of infertile couples.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and the data were conducted through a semi-structured exploratory interview with 15 infertile couples who were purposefully selected from those referred to Yazd Infertility Treatment Center. The data obtained from each interview were saturated in the second time of checking the interview with the research actors. thematic analysis method was used to encode and analyze the data.<br> <strong>&nbsp;Results:</strong> According to the analysis of the answers provided, the social themes related to the quality of married life can be divided into 192 primary (raw) concepts, 17 categories, 6 sub-themes and three main themes that include &quot;General awareness of infertility and communication. Social &quot;,&quot; access to health-counseling services and responsible treatment of medical staff &quot;and&quot; economic facilities of the community &quot;.<br> <strong>&nbsp;Conclusion:</strong> Different social themes affect the quality of marriage - which is one of the important variables in marital relationships -, paying attention to the role of these themes and planning for them play an important role in improving the marital quality of couples. The results of this study can be applied to couples therapists and family counselors, medical staff and health professionals and all officials who are somehow related to the issue of infertility in relation to the effects on the quality of life of infertile couples and relevant interventions to be effective in increasing the quality of married life of infertile couples. مضامین اجتماعی, کیفیت زندگی زناشویی, زوج های نابارور, تحلیل مضمون.
