en مقایسه استرس؛ اضطراب و افسردگی کارکنان پرستار و غیر پرستار در مواجهه با کوید ۱۹ پرستاری nursing روانپرستاری و پرستاری بهداشت روانی Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing <span dir="LTR"></span><strong>مقدمه&nbsp; :</strong> یکی از گروه های درگیر در کووید-19 کارکنان مراقبت های بهداشت و درمان و به ویژه پرستاران هستند که علاوه بر به خطر افتادن سلامت جسمی ، در معرض آسیب های روانشناختی&nbsp; می باشند. هدف &nbsp;این مطالعه مقایسه استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی کارکنان پرستار و غیر پرستار در مواجهه با کوید ۱۹ می باشد.<br> <strong>&nbsp;روش</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>کار:</strong> پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی است که 294 نفر کادربهداشتی درمانی مواجهه یافته با بیماری کوید- ۱۹ واجد معیارهای ورود با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس توسط پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر&nbsp; دو بخش اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه عمومی 21 <span dir="LTR">DASS</span> (استرس و اضطراب و افسردگی ) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده ها&nbsp; به کمک نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه ۲۲ تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی داری برابر با پنج صدم در نظر گرفته شد.<br> <strong>یافته</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>ها:</strong> براساس نتایج آماری، میانگین و انحراف معیار میزان استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در پرستاران به ترتیب 47/8&plusmn;69/6 و 49/7&plusmn;36/5، 86/9&plusmn;64/9 و در غیرپرستاران موارد ذکر شده به ترتیب 81/5&plusmn;22/3 ،40/6&plusmn;73/2 و 46/8&plusmn; 18/6 بود. آزمون آماری <span dir="LTR">t</span>&nbsp; مستقل، تفاوت معنی داری را به لحاظ آماری در میزان استرس<span dir="LTR">(P<0/004) </span>&nbsp;و افسردگی<span dir="LTR">(P<0/007)</span> در پرستاران نسبت به غیر پرستاران نشان داد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، پرستاران نسبت به غیر پرستاران در مواجهه با کوید 19 میزان استرس و اضطراب و افسردگی بالاتری داشتند. شناسایی اختلالات روانشناختی به ویژه استرس و اضطراب و افسردگی پرستاران، &nbsp;امری ضروری بوده تا بر اساس آن بتوان توسط راهکارها و تکنیکهای مناسب روانشناختی در جهت ایجاد، حفظ و بهبود سلامت روان شان گام برداشت. <span dir="LTR"></span> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background :</strong> One of the groups involved in Covid-19 is health care workers, especially nurses, who, in addition to endangering their physical health, are exposed to psychological damage. The aim of this study was to compare the stress, anxiety and depression of nurse staffs against non-nurse &nbsp;in the face of Covid-19.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study is a descriptive cross-sectional study in which 294 Health care worker exposed with Covid-19 with inclusion criteria were selected by conveniance sampling method. A questionnaire consisting of two sections of demographic information and a general questionnaire 21 DASS (stress and anxiety and depression) was used. The data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22. A significance level of (0.05) was considered.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Based on the statistical results, the mean and standard deviation of stress, anxiety and depression in the group of nursing staff were 6.69 47 8.47 and 5.36 49 7.49, 9.64 9 9.86, respectively, and in the non-nursing group, the items mentioned were 3.22 &plusmn; 5.81, 2.73 40 6.40 and 6.18 46 8.46, respectively. Independent t-test showed a statistically significant difference in the rate of stress (P<0/004 and depression (P<0/007) nurses against non-nurses.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong>&nbsp; According to the results of this study, nurses had higher levels of stress, anxiety and depression than non-nurses in the exposed of COVID 19.
