en بررسی ارتباط بین استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی با سلامت اجتماعی دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1401 Investigating the relationship between the use of social networks and social health of nursing and midwifery students in Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 1401 سایر others آموزش پرستاری Nursing Education <div style="border:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:1.0pt 4.0pt 1.0pt 4.0pt">مقدمه: امروزه علاوه بر ابعاد جسمانی و روانی سلامت، به بعد اجتماعی آن نیز توجه روزافزون می شود. سلامت اجتماعی بخشی از سلامت فرد است که در عرصه اجتماع به ظهور می رسد. در این میان استفاده از ارتباطات رایانه ای در حال گسترش است و به منزله ظهور یک عصر جدید در ارتباطات اجتماعی است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی با سلامت اجتماعی دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران می باشد. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه از نوع همبستگی و مقطعی است که بر روی 265 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام گرفته است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه سه قسمتی شامل اطلاعات فردی، سنجش سطح سلامت اجتماعی و میزان استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی بوده است. پس از استخراج داده ها، جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی نظیر فراوانی مطلق و نسبی و آزمون های آماری نظیر ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که زنان 142 نفر (6/53%) دارای بیشترین فراوانی و مردان با  123 نفر (4/46%) کمترین فراوانی را داشتند. در رابطه با سن بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به رده سنی بین 21-18 (4/43%) بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار امتیازات سلامت اجتماعی واحدهای مورد مطالعه 3/16±90 و میانگین و انحراف معیار امتیازات شبکه های اجتماعی واحدهای پژوهش 2/20± 7/127 (نمره کل 196) که نشان می دهد میانگین استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی بالاتر از حد متوسط بود و سلامت اجتماعی واحدهای مورد مطالعه در حد متوسطی قرار داشت. هم چنین یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که سلامت اجتماعی با استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی ارتباط معنی دار مستقیم و مثبتی دارد (05/0 < P). بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، می توان با توجه به سطح وسیع استفاده از شبکه های اجتماعی از این فرصت استفاده کرد و در جهت ارتقاء سلامت اجتماعی دانشجویان گام های موثری را برداشت.</div> Introduction: Today, in addition to the physical and mental dimensions of health, its social dimension is also receiving increasing attention. Social health is the part of an individual's health that emerges in the community. Meanwhile, the use of computer communication is expanding and marks the emergence of a new era in social communication. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the use of social networks and social health of nursing and midwifery students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Method: This correlational and cross-sectional study was performed on 265 nursing and midwifery students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Data collection tools were a three-part questionnaire including personal information, measuring the level of social health and the use of social networks. After data extraction, descriptive statistics such as absolute and relative frequency and statistical tests such as Pearson correlation coefficient in SPSS software version 25 were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results showed that women with 142 people (53.6%) had the highest frequency and men with 123 people (46.4%) had the lowest frequency. Regarding age, the highest frequency was related to the age group between 18-21 (43.4%). Mean and standard deviation of social health scores of the studied units were 90 16 16.3 and mean and standard deviation of social network scores of the research units were 127.7 20 20.2 (total score 196) which shows that the average use of social networks is higher than It was moderate and the social health of the studied units was moderate. The findings also showed that social health has a direct and positive relationship with the use of social networks (P <0.05).
