fa تمایل به دریافت واکسن کووید-19 و عوامل مرتبط با آن: یک مطالعه مروری یکپارچه Tendency to receive Covid-19 vaccine and its associated factors: An integrated review study پرستاری nursing پرستاری بهداشت جامعه Community Health Nursing مقدمه: واکسیناسیون بیماری کووید-19  به عنوان یک رویکرد حیاتی در پیشگیری از این بیماری تلقی می شود. در راستای کنترل این بیماری، علاوه بر اثر‌بخشی و ایمنی واکسن، پذیرش واکسن بین عموم مردم و مراقبان سلامت نیز نقش مهمی ایفا می‌کند. هدف این مطالعه شناسایی تمایل به دریافت واکسن کووید-19 و عوامل مرتبط با آن می‌باشد. روش:  با بررسی بانک های اطلاعاتیSID ، IranDoc ، Google scholar ، PubMed ، Medline ،Scopus ، Cochrane Library، Science Direct، Web of science و  کلید واژه‌های "واکسیناسیون/واکسن"، " کووید-19"، "کرونا/بیماری کرونا"، "تردید در واکسیناسیون" و "پذیرش واکسیناسیون" ؛ تمامی مقالات هم راستا با هدف مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند جستجوی الکترونیکی درمحدوده زمانی 2019- 2021 انجام گردید. از 64 مطالعه ای که مورد بررسی و غربالگری قرار گرفت، تعداد 19 مطالعه بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج جهت استخراج داده ها ارزیابی و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: در بین 19 مقاله مورد بررسی مشخص گردید؛ سطح تمایل برای دریافت واکسن کووید-19 ناکافی بوده و فاکتور‌های مختلفی در این زمینه موثرند. عوامل مرتبط با پذیرش واکسیناسیون در جامعه شامل عوامل فردی (سن، جنس، تاهل، نژاد، بیمه، تحصیلات، شغل، درآمد، داشتن فرزند، سابقه واکسیناسیون)، عوامل مرتبط با بیماری (اضطراب، تمایل به محافظت از دیگران با واکسینه شدن خود، تماس با بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19، سابقه ی تست کووید-19، باور کلی درمورد واکسیناسیون، باور نسبت به کرونا و واکسن آن، تصور افراد از جدی بودن بیماری، به روز بودن درمورد واکسن ها)، عوامل اجتماعی (ایدئولوژی سیاسی و اعتماد به ساختارهای سیستم درمانی) و عوامل مرتبط با نظام سلامت (آْگاهی ناکافی در رابطه با واکسیناسیون) می باشد. نتیجه گیری: در راستای ارتقای سطح پذیرش واکسیناسیون، عوامل بسیار متنوعی وجود داشته که با برنامه ریزی و بهره گیری از نتایج این مطالعه میتوان این زمینه را فراهم نمود. از جمله این موارد؛ استفاده از پتانسیل رسانه‌های اجتماعی، در اختیار گذاشتن اطلاعات شفاف، تسهیل دسترسی به واکسیناسیون، تلاش برای رفع نگرانی‌ و پاسخگویی به سوالات و ابهامات در این زمینه توسط کارکنان بهداشتی و سیاست‌گذاران نظام سلامت را، می توان از راهکارهایی برشمرد که زمینه‌ ترغیب عموم مردم را به واکسیناسیون کووید-19 فراهم می نماید.   Introduction: Covid-19 disease vaccination is considered as a vital approach in the prevention of this disease. In order to control this disease, in addition to the effectiveness and safety of the vaccine, the acceptance of the vaccine between the general public and health care providers also plays an important role. The aim of this study was to identify the desire to receive Covid-19 vaccine and its associated factors. Method: By searching the databases: SID, IranDoc, Google scholar, PubMed, Medline, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Science direct, Web of science and using the keywords "Vaccination/Vaccine", "Covid-19", "Corona/Corona disease", "Vaccination hesitancy"and "Vaccination acceptance" ; all articles in line with the title of this study, which examined the willingness of individuals to receive Covid-19 vaccine and related factors, were reviewed. Electronic search was performed in the period 2019-2020. Out of 64 studies that were reviewed and screened, 19 studies were evaluated and analyzed based on inclusion and exclusion criteria for data extraction. Results: Among the 18 reviewed articles it was identified; the desire to receive the Covid-19 vaccine is insufficient and various factors are influential in this regard. Factors related to the acceptance of vaccination in the community include individual factors (age, sex, marriage, race, insurance, job, education, income, having a child and history of vaccination), factors related to the disease (anxiety, willingness to protect others by being vaccinated, Contact with patients with Covid-19, Covid-19 test history, general belief about vaccination, belief in Covid-19 and its vaccine, people's perception of the seriousness of the disease, being up-to-date about vaccines), social factors (political ideology and trust in health system structures) and factors related to the health system (insufficient knowledge about vaccination). Conclusion: To improve vaccination level, there are a variety of factors that can be provided by planning and using the results of this study.
