fa چالش های مراقبتی در پرستاری از بیماران بستری دارای اختلالات مصرف مواد: مروری نظام مند پرستاری nursing روانپرستاری و پرستاری بهداشت روانی Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing <div>مقدمه: بیماران بستری دارای اختلالات مصرف مواد، به عنوان یکی از چالش های بزرگ در نظام سلامت شناخته می شوند. در این راستا شواهد قوی وجود دارد که پرستاران در مراقبت از این بیماران با چالش های زیادی مواجه هستند.<br> روش کار: تحقیق حاضر، به روش مرور نظام مند انجام شده است. جستجو با کلید واژه های فارسی بیماری های همبود، بیماری های همزمان، چند بیماری، مراقبت پرستاری و اختلالات مصرف مواد، اختلالات مرتبط با مواد، سوء مصرف مواد و همچنین واژگان کلیدی انگلیسی comorbidities, nursing care, Dual diagnosis, Substance-Related Disorders, substance use disorders, substance abuse, druge abuse, multymorbidity, cunccurent disorders, co-existing disorders در پایگاه های داده الکترونیک sid, magiran,Civilica, google scholar و pub med از سال 1998 تا سال 2022 انجام گرفته است. مقالات به زبان های انگلیسی و فارسی، حاوی چالش ها یا راهکارهای مربوط به مشکلات مراقبت پرستاری از افراد دارای اختلالات مصرف مواد، مطالعات کیفی، کمی، ترکیبی و مروری و امکان دسترسی به متن کامل، وارد مطالعه شدند. محدودیت مکانی در نظر گرفته نشد.<br> یافته ها: نتایج بررسی 23 مطالعه نشان می دهد، پرستاران در مراقبت از بیماران بستری دارای اختلالات مصرف مواد، در چهار حیطه عاطفی (48% مطالعات)، مراقبتی (39%)، آموزشی (48%) و حمایتی (43%)، با چالش هایی مانند احساس فرسودگی، خطر، کمبود دانش، عدم مهارت و ابهام نقش مواجه هستند.<br> نتیجه گیری: &nbsp;با توجه به نتایج مطالعه، پرستاران نیاز به آموزش و حمایت اضافی برای مراقبت از این بیماران دارند. آموزش کاربردی همراه با حداقل سطح متوسط حمایت نقش و نیز حمایت های عاطفی با ارتقا صلاحیت ها، دانش و مهارت می تواند در رفع مسائل مربوط به مراقبت از این بیماران موثر باشد. توسعه دستورالعمل ها، خط مشی ها و سیاست های دولتی مشخص، جهت مراقبت از این بیماران، می تواند مانع سردرگمی و ناتوانی پرستاران در مراقبت شود. علاوه بر این، ارتباطات و پیوندهای تنگاتنگ ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت با متخصصین حوزه، ارتقا مشارکت های بین رشته ای و اتحاد کاری می تواند جهت رفع چالش ها و موانع مراقبتی بکار گرفته شود.</div> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Introduction: </span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Hospitalized patients with substance use disorders are known as one of the biggest challenges in the health system. In this regard, there is strong evidence that nurses face challenges in caring for these patients.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: This research was done by systematic review method. Search with keywords comorbidities, Nursing care, Dual diagnosis, Substance-Related Disorders, substance use disorders, substance abuse, drug abuse, multimorbidity, concurrent disorders, co-existing disorders have been performed in electronic databases Sid, magiran, civilica, google scholar and pub med from 1998 to 2022. Articles in English and Persian containing challenges or solutions related to the problems of nursing care of patients with co-morbidities with substance use disorders, qualitative, quantitative, Mixed and review studies, articles with access to their full text were included in the study. Location restrictions were not considered.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: The results of 23 studies show that nurses in the nursing care of patients with substance use disorders, in four areas of Emotional (48% Studies), caring (39%), educational (48%) and supportive (43%) with challenges such as feelings of burnout, risk, lack of knowledge, lack of skills and ambiguity of role Etc. are encountered. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: According to the results of the study, nurses need additional training and support to care for these patients. Applied training along with at least moderate level of role support and emotional support by improving qualifications, knowledge and skills can be effective in solving the problems related to the care of these patients. The development of guidelines, policies and specific government policies, to care for these patients, can prevent the confusion and inability of nurses to care.
