fa بررسی دانش و نگرش پرستاران مردد در تزریق واکسن کووید-19 1401 Examining the knowledge and attitudes of hesitant nurses in injecting the covid-19 vaccine 2022 پرستاری nursing پرستاری بهداشت جامعه Community Health Nursing مقدمه : برای پایان دادن به بیماری کووید-19، بخش بزرگی از جهان باید در برابر ویروس مصون باشند. ایمن ترین راه برای دستیابی به این امر استفاده از واکسن است، از آنجا که نگرش کارکنان مراقبت سلامت بر نگرش عموم مردم تأثیر می گذارد، ضروری است که بررسی تردید و سوء تفاهم در مورد واکسن کووید-19 برای این گروه ازمتخصصان سلامت انجام شود؛ لذا پژوهش حاضر به بررسی دانش و نگرش پرستاران مردد در تزریق واکسن کوویدـ19 می پردازد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی است که در بین پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های شهر بابل در سال 1400- 1401 انجام شده است. ابزارهای گردآوری در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته ی روا و پایا شده ی بررسی دانش و نگرش پرستاران مردد در تزریق واکسن کووید-19 بود، که روایی آن از طریق روایی صوری کمی و کیفی،  CVR>0.62), (CVI>0.79), (IS>1.5 ) ) و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ=0.713 و آزمون باز آزمون با ICC=0.969)) سنجش شد. 115پرستار به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. پس از انتخاب نمونه ها و تکمیل پرسشنامه ها داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-26  و تست های کای دو، دقیق فیشر و ویل کاکسون  تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: ابتدا به منظور بررسی توزیع نرمال نمونه ها آزمون کولموگرف اسمیرنف انجام شد که طبق آن توزیع داده ها نرمال بود. انحراف معیار و میانگین نمرات دانش پرستاران نسبت به تزریق واکسن کووید-19(18.400±3.572)  نشان دهنده این بود که باید برای ارتقای دانش و تغییر نگرش پرستاران نسبت به تزریق واکسن کووید-19 آموزش های لازم صورت گیرد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: پذیرش واکسن توسط کارکنان مراقبت های بهداشتی برای جلوگیری از انتقال بیمارستانی ویروس کووید-19 مهم است. دانش و نگرش کارکنان مراقبت های بهداشتی در مورد واکسن، بر پذیرش واکسن ها توسط عموم مردم موثر است و نقش مهمی در افزایش پوشش واکسیناسیون در جمعیت عمومی دارند و تردید واکسن در بین این زیر گروه ممکن است منجر به کاهش نرخ واکسیناسیون در میان جمعیت شود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود ارتقاء سطح دانش و نگرش کارکنان سلامت، نسبت به پذیرش واکسن ها مورد توجه سیاستگزاران نظام سلامت قرار گیرد. <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"> </pre> <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"> </pre> Introduction: To end the Covid-19 disease, a large part of the world must be immune to the virus. The safest way to achieve this is the use of a vaccine. Since the attitudes of health care workers influence the attitudes of the general public, it is essential to investigate the skepticism and misunderstanding about the Covid-19 vaccine for this group of health professionals; Therefore, the present study examines the knowledge and attitude of hesitant nurses in injecting the covid-19 vaccine. method: The current research is a cross-sectional study that was conducted among nurses working in Babol hospitals in 1400-1401. The collection tools in this research included a demographic information questionnaire, validated researcher-made questionnaires to investigate the knowledge and attitude of hesitant nurses in injecting the covid-19 vaccine, the validity of which is through quantitative and qualitative face validity, CVR>0.62). (CVI>0.79), (IS>1.5) and its reliability was measured through Cronbach's alpha=0.713 and retest with ICC=0.969). 115 nurses were selected in a targeted way. After selecting the samples and completing the questionnaires, the data were analyzed using SPSS-26 software and chi-square, Fisher's exact and Will-Coxon tests. <pre> Findings: First, in order to check the normal distribution of the samples, Smirnov's colmograph test was performed, according to which the data used were normal. The standard deviation and mean scores of nurses' knowledge about the injection of the covid-19 vaccine (18.400±3.572) indicated that necessary training should be done to improve the knowledge and change the attitude of the nurses towards the injection of the covid-19 vaccine.</pre>  conclusion: Acceptance of the vaccine by health care workers is important to prevent nosocomial transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The success of immunization programs and many studies have shown that the knowledge and attitudes of health care workers about vaccines determine the acceptance of vaccines by the general public.
