fa روابط ساختاری ادراک حمایت همسر، صمیمیت زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی جنسی زنان باردار Structural Relationships of Spouse Support Perception, Marital Intimacy, and Sexual Life Quality Among Pregnant Women علوم رفتاری و روانی(روانشناسی، مددکاری و...) behavioral sciences پرستاری مامایی بهداشت مادر و نوزاد Maternity Nursing مقدمه: بارداری یکی از مهمترین دورههای زندگی برای زنان باردار و همسرانشان است چراکه در این زمان تغییرات فیزیکی و روانی معمولاً بر جنبههای مختلف زندگی این افراد، خصوصاً کیفیت زندگی جنسی و ارتباطات بین فردیشان تاثیر میگذارد. بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش بررسی روابط ساختاری ادراک حمایت همسر، صمیمیت زناشویی و کیفیت زندگی جنسی زنان باردار بود. روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر از دسته توصیفی به روش همبستگی بود. جامعه این پژوهش زنان باردار ساکن شهر اصفهان از سال های 1402-1400 و نمونه 191 نفر بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه مقیاس درجه بندی حمایت در روابط صمیمانه (2001)، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی جنسی زنان (2005) و پرسشنامه ارزیابی شخصی صمیمیت در رابطه (1981) بودند. یافته هادر قالب تحلیل آماری مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS-24 و SPSS-26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد مسیر مستقیم ادراک حمایت همسر به کیفیت زندگی جنسی زنان (14/0β=-  و 001/0 p<)  معنادار نبود. این در حالی است که مسیر مستقیم ادراک حمایت همسر به صمیمیت زناشویی (79/0β=  و 001/0 p<)  و مسیر مستقیم صمیمیت زناشویی به کیفیت زندگی جنسی (73/0β=  و 001/0 p<) هر دو معنادار بودند. همچنین نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل برازش مدل حاکی از آن بود که صمیمیت زناشویی توانست در رابطه بین ادراک حمایت همسر و کیفیت زندگی جنسی در بارداری نقش میانجی ایفا کند (57/0β=  و 01/0 p<). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافتهها میتوان بیان کرد، در بارداری زنان ادراک حمایت همسر بر کیفیت زندگی جنسی به واسطه افزایش صمیمیت اثرگذار است و ادراک حمایت همسر زمانی که به افزایش صمیمیت زناشویی منجر نشود نمی‌تواند بر کیفیت زندگی جنسی زنان اثرگذار باشد. کلید واژهها: ادراک حمایت همسر؛ صمیمیت زناشویی؛ کیفیت زندگی جنسی؛ زنان باردار.   Introduction: Pregnancy is one of the most important periods of life for pregnant women and their husbands because at this time, physical and psychological changes usually affect different aspects of life of these people, especially the quality of  their sexual life and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, The purpose of this research was to Investigation structural ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌of relationships between spouse support perception, marital intimacy and quality of sexual life among pregnant women. Methods: This research was a descriptive study using the correlation method.This study was conducted on pregnant women in Isfahan from 2021 to 2023 years and 191 pregnant women were selected by convenient sampling method and responded to the Support in Intimate Relationships Rating Scale (2001), The Sexual Quality of Life–Female (2005)  and Personal assessment of intimacy in relationships (1981). The findings were analyzed in form of structural equation modeling and using SPSS 26 and AMOS-24 software. Results: The findings of the study showed that the direct path of perception of spouse support to the sexual quality of life was not significant (β= -0.14, p<0.001) . while the direct path of spouse support to marital intimacy (β= 0.79, p<0.001) and the direct path of marital intimacy to sexual quality of life (β= 0.73, p<0.001) were significant. Therefore, the results of fitting analysis of the model indicated that marital intimacy could play a mediating role in the relationship between spouse support perception and sexual quality of life in pregnant women (β= 0.57, p<0.01) . Conclusions: According to the findings, during pregnancy, spouse support perception affects the sexual quality of life due to intimate increase and perception of support when it does not lead to increase in marital intimacy cannot affect the sexual quality of life.
