fa شناسایی آسیب های روانی و مکانیزم های دفاعی خانواده کادر درمان در زمان شیوع کرونا ویروس علوم رفتاری و روانی(روانشناسی، مددکاری و...) behavioral sciences تحقیقات کیفی qualitative research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> خانواده کادر درمانی در شرایط بحرانی کرونا ویروس آسیب های روانی بسیاری را تجربه می‌کنند. شناسایی و درمان شایع ترین آسیب های روانی خانواده کادر درمان و مکانیزم های دفاعی آنان می‌تواند به کاهش آسیب های روانی آنها کمک کند.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و با رویکرد کیفی و با روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شد. نمونه های پژوهش با انتخاب 22&nbsp; نفر از خانواده کادر درمان با بهره گیری از نمونه گیری گلوله برفی و هدفمند به حد اشباع رسید. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه تلفنی تصویری استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون براساس مدل براون و کلارک(2006) صورت گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> یافته های حاصل از مصاحبه ها در سه مضمون اصلی آسیب های روانی، مکانیزم های دفاعی بالغ و مکانیزم های دفاعی نابالغ استخراج و طبقه بندی شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> براساس یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که خانواده کادر درمانی تحت تاثیر شرایط بحرانی کرونا ویروس، انواع آسیبهای روانی را تجربه کرده اند و با توجه به مکانیزم های دفاعی آنان می بایستی در این زمینه تمهیدات لازم به کار گرفته شود.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span dir="LTR"></span><br> &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Background:</strong> The families of medical staff experience many psychological traumas in coronavirus crisis situations. Identifying and treating the most common family trauma&#39;s treatment staff and their defense mechanisms can help reduce their trauma.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This research was conducted in terms of applied purpose and with a qualitative approach and interpretive phenomenological method. The research samples were saturated by selecting 22 members of the cadre family using targeted snowball sampling. Video telephone interviews were used to collect data.
