ارتباط رفتارهای مدرسین بالینی و اضطراب آشکار دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی لاهیجان

مقدمه: رفتارهای فردی و حرفه‌ای مدرسین بالینی نقش مهمی در شکل گیری شخصیت فردی و حرفه‌ای دانشجویان پرستاری ایفا می‌کند و می‌تواند بر سطح ا اضطراب دانشجویان تأثیر داشته باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین رفتارهای مدرسین بالینی و اضطراب آشکار دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی لاهیجان انجام شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بر روی 156 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی لاهیجان که به روش نمونه گیری سرشماری انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و پرسشنامه استاندارد اضطراب اشپیلبرگر در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 جمع آوری گردید و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون و کای اسکوئر) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. (05/0 > P) بعنوان سطح معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها، اکثر دانشجویان پرستاری (90 نفر، 7/57%) دارای اضطراب خفیف بودند و اکثر آنان (96 نفر، 6/61%) وضعیت رفتارهای مدرسین بالینی خود را در حد قوی، ارزیابی نمودند. بین رفتارهای آموزشی مدرسین بالینی و اضطراب آشکار دانشجویان پرستاری، ارتباط منفی و معنی داری از نظر آماری وجود داشت. یعنی با قوی‌تر شدن رفتارهای آموزشی مدرسین بالینی، اضطراب دانشجویان نیز کاهش می‌یافت و با ضعیف‌تر شدن این رفتارها اضطراب دانشجویان افزایش می‌یافت (59/0- = r، 0001/0 > P).
نتیجه گیری: مدرسین بالینی پرستاری با رفتار و عملکرد شایسته خویش و بعنوان الگوی حرفه‌ای و اخلاقی می‌توانند نقش انکارناپذیری در کاهش اضطراب دانشجویان پرستاری و تبلور جایگاه عمیق معنوی این حرفه مقدس داشته باشند. با انتخاب مدرسین بالینی از میان پرستاران توانمند و حضور مستمر اعضای هیئت علمی در بیمارستان‌ها و همکاری دوجانبه، می‌توان پل ارتباطی مناسبی بین تئوری و بالین ایجاد نمود.
