Findings of the study show that there is a relationship between work-family conflict with variables such as health, family life, turnover, psychological capital, job satisfaction, commitment, enthusiasm and occupational stress, quality of work life, job and family support of nurses.
Conclusion: Although attention to work-family conflict in nurses and its related variables does not eliminate of this problem, but it can reduce it.
