The correlation of anemia with dimorphic variables in nursery children in Tehran in 1387.

When hemoglobin decrease in blood serum , anemia happen. side effects of health and economic is clear for any one. Anemia result to failure in speaking and motor nervous coordinating, decreasing in learning and schooling, resistance to infection, Apathy, numbness ,fatigue. It is necessary to prevent and treat it. it is possible anemia in nursery settings is neglected so, it seems that doing this research is essential . Material and methods This research is cross retrospective analytic which is done in 236 nursery child after taking consent from all nurseries setting that depend on to welfare organization as Ameneh,Emam Khomeini, Shobeir, Shahid Torkamani and Rogayeh Excellency. The method of sampling was census . Data gathering were done August to October 2008 by questionnaire which was included demography data and haemoglobin ,hematocrit ( Hb and Hct ) ,bloody index through their documents. Criteria for anemia was used as a 11 milligram(6 month -4.9 years and 11.5 foe (5-11.9years) base on WHO. After data gathering ,analysis was done by SPSS soft ware as a Mean ,percent , ,T-test and 2א . Results Findings showed that 32.2%(83) were girl vs 64.8%(153) son.32.4 of them had anemia.74.2%(173) were 0-4 year old and 30.2% of them had anemia.46.3% were patient as a abnormality (16.3%),AIDS(4.1%), heart disease (26.5%) ,. Between anemia and disease deference wasn't significant. Findings in 5-12 year showed that 20 of 60(37%) had anemia.47.1%(25) was patient. Between disease and sex , anemia and sex deference isn’t significant. Conclusion Results showed that the rate anemia in nursery children is 32.4% which is higher in 5-12 year old children.Regarding to this children deprive of family and they are high risk rather than children who live with family deal with physical and mental disability. so, It should be offer nursing care in suitable with physical conditions.
