Background : The quality of married life is the existence of happiness, satisfaction, agreement, contentment, compatibility and coherence in married life. The purpose of this research was to test the causal model of the quality of married life based on psychological well-being with the mediation of sexual satisfaction in married teachers. Materials & Methods: The research method was structural equation correlation. The statistical population of the present study was formed by married teachers in 2022. Among the statistical population and based on Morgan's table, 375 people were selected as the sample size using available sampling method. The tools used in this research were Busby et al.'s Marital Quality Scale (RDAS), Hudson, Harrison, and Kruscup's Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire (1981) and Riff-Short Form Psychological Well-Being Scale (RSPWB). Results: The results showed that psychological well-being has a significant direct effect on the quality of married life. Sexual satisfaction has a significant direct effect on the quality of married life (p<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the obtained results, it can be said that psychological well-being both directly and indirectly can have a significant effect on the quality of married life of married teachers.
