بررسی رابطه بین پیوند والدینی و تصویر بدنی در افراد چاق و دارای اضافه وزن

مقدمه: در جامعه کنونی بدن و زیبایی آن به عنوان یکی از معیارهای زندگی افراد محسوب می‌شود. در عالم پزشکی و روانپزشکی یکی از تداخل‌های بین جسم و روان که در ادبیات پژوهشی مشاهده شده، چاقی و اضافه وزن زیاد می‌باشد. چاقی دارای ارتباطی دوسویه با فشارهای هیجانی و آشفتگی‌های روانشناختی و وضعیت روانپزشکی شخص است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی نقش پیوند والدینی بر تصویر بدن افراد چاق و دارای اضافه وزن مراجعه کننده به کلنیک های تغذیه شهر تهران بود.
روش کار: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مراجعه کنندگان به کلینیک‌های تغذیه شهر تهران که دارای پرونده پزشکی بودند که از این بین تعداد 55 نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها نیز شامل پرسشنامه پیوند والدین پارکر توپلینگ به همراه پرسشنامه چند بعدی تصویر بدن کش (1990) بود. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS. V 22 و آزمون همبستگی و به همراه تحلیل واریانس چند راهه (مانوا) بود.
یافته‌ها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان دهنده این بود که سبک پیوند کنترل‌گری بیش از مراقبت به عنوان یکی از پیش بینی کننده‌های تصویر بدنی افراد بوده و سبک پیوند مراقبت در مادر نیز بیش از پدر قادر به پیش بینی تصویر بدن می‌باشد.
نتیجه گیری: خانواده تأثیر زیادی بر روی شکل گیری تصویر بدن داشته و هر چه فرد بیشتر تحت کنترل خانواده باشد، تصویر منفی‌تری از بدن خود داشته و نمره تصویر بدن او پایین‌تر است. از این روی می‌توان با برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی برای خانواده‌ها در جهت آموزش کنترل گری به فرزندان خود، شناسایی و تشخیص نارضایتی از تصویر ذهنی بدنی در مراحل اولیه از گسترش نگرانی و اختلالات جدی‌تر تغذیه‌ای در سنین بعدی پیشگیری کرد.
