بررسی تاثیر آموزش و مشاوره تلفنی بر خودکارآمدی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان تحت پرتودرمانی

 مقدمه: خودکارآمدی منبع روانی کلیدی در سازگاری با بیماری­های مزمن محسوب می­ شود و نقش اساسی در چگونگی سازگاری بیمار با چالش­های ناشی از سرطان به عنوان یک بیماری مزمن دارد. ارتقاء خودکارآمدی در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان منجر به سازگاری بهتر با تشخیص و درمان سرطان، کاهش علائم ناشی از سرطان، بهبود تصویر ذهنی و ارتقاء ارتباط بیماران با پرسنل درمانی می­شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش و مشاوره تلفنی بر خودکارآمدی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان تحت پرتو درمانی می­ باشد.
روش­ کار: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده 64 بیمار کاندید پرتودرمانی پستان مراجعه کننده به انستیتو کانسر امام خمینی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند؛ سپس نمونه­ها به روش تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه آزمون (32=n) و کنترل (32=n) قرار گرفتند. قبل از شروع پرتودرمانی پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی بیماری­های مزمن توسط نمونه­ های پژوهش در گروه ­های مورد مطالعه تکمیل گردید. مجدداً 1 ماه و 3 ماه پس از آموزش و مشاوره تلفنی، خودکارآمدی بیماران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و داده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزار 22 SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: قبل از مداخله بین گروه های آزمون و کنترل از نظر میزان خودکارآمدی تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود نداشت، اما 1 ماه و 3 ماه بعد از شروع مداخله، افراد گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تفاوت آماری معناداری در افزایش خودکارآمدی نشان دادند  p<0.001)).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، استفاده از آموزش و مشاوره تلفنی جهت ارتقاء خودکارآمدی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان تحت پرتودرمانی توصیه و تاکید می­ گردد.
