Introduction: The Aim of this study was to The Efficacy of Mindfulness Based on Cognitive Therapy on Body Image and Fear of Negative Evaluation in Women Breast Cancer with Mastectomy. Method: This research was a semi-experimental design with pretest-posttest design with experimental and control group and random sampling of subjects. The statistical population of the study included all women with mastectomy breast cancer referring to Shohadaye Tajrish hospital in Tehran between 1395-1393. Of these patients, 30 subjects were selected by sampling method. Data were collected by BICI questionnaire and Fear of Larry Negative Evaluation (FNES-B). Using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviations) and inferential statistics (multivariate covariance analysis), using the analysis software Statistical analysis and SPSS.v.22 data were analyzed. Results: The findings of the data analysis indicated that cognitive therapy based on mind-awareness reduced dissatisfaction with the body, decreased fear of the body, and decreased fear of negative evaluation in women with mastectomy breast cancer in the experimental group compared with the control group. These findings were statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion: Through cognitive therapy based on mind-awareness, we can change the body image and fear of negative evaluation of mastectomized women and improve their quality of life.
