The samples were randomly simplified into two control and experimental groups. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire of treatment adherence questionnaires and quality of life of SF-KDQOL kidney patients, which were completed electronically in the pre-test phase then the test group underwent face-to-face training and telephone follow-up for three months and a week in 12 sessions, and was regularly informed about the training required by kidney transplant patients through Eita social networks, and the control group received common training and training pamphlets, then both groups answered the questionnaire questions again. The data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS software version 25 and descriptive and inferential statistical methods.

Results: The result of the study showed that after the intervention, the average treatment adherence score in the experimental group was 297/12±47/135 and in the control group was 277/15±10/100, which indicated a statistically significant difference between the two groups(p=0.000). Also, the average quality of life score after the intervention was 56/18±6/789 in the experimental group and 7.732±49/33 in the control group, indicating a statistically significant difference between the two groups(p=0.001).
