Introduction: Entrepreneurship has been considered as a dynamic and important element in all areas related to the development of human quality of life. Entrepreneurship in nursing means the development of creative and innovative methods in patient care and the ability to operate in complex and uncertain job conditions. However, the most important obstacle in the development of nursing entrepreneurship is the lack of education in entrepreneurial concepts during education. Traditional nursing curricula are not sufficient to train entrepreneurial nurses. Objective: The aim of the present study was to synthesize an entrepreneurship curriculum in nursing education using a mixed synthesis study. Method: In the present study, Roberts' (1983) synthesis study and the criteria of inclusion, clarity, applicability and consensus were used. For this purpose, an extensive search was conducted from domestic and foreign databases using the keywords education, nursing and entrepreneurship, and the studies were evaluated and included in the synthesis through Roberts' six stages. Findings: The studies analyzed were conducted in six countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Brazil, Korea and Taiwan. Six studies were descriptive and four were interventional. The components resulting from the synthesis of the studies included in the synthesis stage are presented in the form of four tables including purpose, content, teaching-learning method, and evaluation. According to the results of the present synthesis study, the overall goal of the entrepreneurship curriculum in nursing included financial support for the nursing profession, establishing social justice, responding to the needs of the community, promoting entrepreneurial culture, and strengthening entrepreneurial skills. Discussion and Conclusion: The synthesized entrepreneurship curriculum provides an operational framework for designing an entrepreneurship curriculum in nursing that includes strategic goals (financial support, social justice, responding to needs, promoting entrepreneurial culture), modular content (case-based design, marketing, business plan), experiential and project-based teaching-learning methods, and combined evaluation mechanisms (formative-summative). Due to its comprehensiveness and multifaceted approach to curriculum and education, this framework can be a practical guide for nursing schools to train entrepreneurial graduates.
