Explaining the factors related to the cooperation of nurses in the clinical education of nursing students from the perspective of stakeholders

ntroduction: Clinical education is considered the cornerstone and heart of nursing education, and the active presence of interested clinical colleagues and their activity in education is one of the facilitating factors to achieve educational goals. The present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the factors related to the cooperation of nurses in the clinical education of nursing students from the perspective of the stakeholders. Methodology: In this research, the qualitative method of conventional content analysis was used. The research environment included teaching hospitals of medical sciences universities in Tehran and the main participants of the study, clinical nurses, clinical professors of nursing and undergraduate nursing students had the criteria to enter the study. which were selected by purposeful sampling considering the maximum diversity. The data collection method was semi-structured in-depth face-to-face interviews. Data analysis (with a contractual approach) was done based on the model of Granheim and Lundman (2004). Ensuring the accuracy and robustness of the data was done using Lincoln and Goba criteria. Findings: In relation to the purpose of the research, 9 main categories include: "non-professional clinical learning environment", "ineffective training", "collaboration of nurses", "alignment of specialists", "nursing manager, smart woman flip", "organization" , guidance and supervision of nursing management", "active strategies", "passive strategies" and "relative success in controlling the problem" were extracted. From which three themes "unprofessional clinical learning environment", "ineffective training", "nurses' cooperation" were abstracted. Conclusion: Identifying the factors influencing the participation of nurses in the clinical education of nursing students and its consequences will be helpful in identifying existing problems and providing solutions to solve them.
